Operation - Description
Place Unpacked cartons on the conveyor one after the other till the entire length of the conveyor is occupied with cartons. Open the first carton & remove single product at a time and pass it on for the next process such as cleaning via Swastik's Airjet Cleaning machine. After the perfume glass bottle carton is empty simply remove the carton/ box from the conveyor. As the carton is removed the next carton automatically travels forward due to the rollers smooth mechanism & is stopped in the right position by the stopper. Continue the above processes as and when require.

Operation - Description
Take two bottles at a time invert them and place them in such a manner that the neck of the bottle is inside the bush
provided of the glass bottle cleaning machine.
Simply put minor pressure on the base of the glass bottles & high pressure air will pass through the thin pipe & into the bottle via
neck opening.
The high pressure air will drag & blow the dust particles out the bottle. The dust will get collected in the cloth bag provided
below.
Cleaning of cloth bag for glass bottle cleaning machine is simple, easy and efficient.
Cleaning can be done after every shift, if needed.
Continue the above processes as and when required on the glass bottle cleaning machine.

Machine Operation
Make all connections from the outlet of Swastik's Liquid Perfume Mixing Vessel or Swastik's Liquid Perfume Storage Vessel to the pneumatic transfer pump using soft pipe.
Switch ON the semi auto 8 head vacuumetric rotary liquid perfume filling machine. The machine will start rotating. Place the cleaned bottles from Swastik's Semi Auto Bottle Airjet Cleaning Machine on the nylon holders when the holders go down during rotary action.
Vacuum would be generated inside the bottle and the bottles would get filled according to set level via nozzle setting.
On one rotation the bottle would get filled. When the holder goes down remove the filled bottle & replace the same with empty bottle.
Continue the same operation for filling 'n' no. of bottles.
