- 1984 - Company Founding with 1 workshop 650 square feet.
- 1984 - Started manufacturing of dies & special purpose machines(SPM).
- 1986 - Developed a semi auto punching machine for forehead bindi.
- 1988 - Developed semi auto machinery for various manufacturing operations in playing cards.
- 1990 - Bought 2 workshops for design, manufacturing & QC expansion. Each 800 square feet in Ansa Industrial Estate, Mumbai, India.
- 1992 - Started manufacturing shrink wrapping machines.
- 1994 - Bought 1 workshop 1450 square feet in Ansa Industrial Estate, Mumbai, India for expansion into cosmetics machinery manufacturing for products such as eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, nail polish, shampoo, lotion, cream, hair oil and petroleum jelly etc,.
- 1996 - Started manufacturing of conveyors for various industries.
- 1998 - Started exporting to African & Middle East countries.
- 2000 - Bought dedicated office space 800 square feet.
- 2004 - Bought factory premises 2,500 square feet in Chandivali, Mumbai, India for expansion into Perfume Manufacturing Plant.
- 2006 - Won the 1st turnkey project for Perfumery in UAE.
- 2007 - Mr. Pradeep Pancholi’s elder son Mr. Hiral P. Pancholi joined as production trainee after completing his Diploma & Engineering.
- 2010 - Mr. Pradeep Pancholi’s younger son Mr. Jignesh P. Pancholi joined as production trainee after completing his Diploma & MBA.
- 2012 - Bought factory premises 35,000 square feet in Asangaon, Thane, India for expansion into perfumes & cosmetics industry.
- 2013 - Consolidated operations to two factories - Chandivali & Asangaon.
- 2014 - Bought dedicated office space adjacent to Chandivali factory 2,500 square feet having dedicated showroom for machinery demo.
